For all those that seem to think Paul is a pro in disguise, please realise the following. (or maybe just unfamiliar with what an opera singer or opera company is).

- Bath Opera is an amateur opera company staging a small number of productions a few times each year.
- Paul has performed in just 4 four productions with this company
- Paul has attended some masterclasses in Italy. These courses are designed for talented amateurs. All of these are paid for by those attending.
- A few masterclasses, even one with the great man do not constitute “a formal opera training” by any stretch of the imagination.
- Professional opera singers earn their living by treading the boards night after night week-in week-out, year after year with professional opera companies.
- Paul, has never earned a single penny from opera performance, other than winning a tv talent show in 1999 – the winnings funding masterclasses.
- Paul has not performed since 2003.
- He is not a professional opera singer pretending to be a mobile phone sales man, but rather he is a mobile phone salesman aspiring to be an opera singer.
- An operatic voice IS a trained voice.

Hmmmm, perhaps if I can buy a few classes at a pro cookery school, I can pass myself off as a highly experienced pro chef…..hmmmmm…..

I see a lot of dismay over pricing of gasoline, (a natural reaction), but not much about the effects of tighter environmental regulations, a myriad of different gasoline specifications, a shortage of US refining capacity and the substantial profits of the (crude oil producing) oil companies. Who listens to a balances analysis of the problems and solutions? Or is it a "follow the leader" and selfish mentality that rules?

Not at all.

My oil company investments are doing great because you drive so much.

Gasoline is still much cheaper than bottled water.

I belive the gas company were cheat money.

So they could afford to buy all those "3"s they need to put on the signs?

Woolworths is up for sale for a quid, and as part of the deal the buyer must take on the 300 million quid of debt, but is there anything to stop someone forming a limited company and then buying Woolworths?

Do you think that the Administrators would sell it to someone with a start up plc with assets on their balance sheet of £1?

Anyone know the legalities of incorporating a famous companies name into a url that I purchase for the purposes of selling said companies products as an affiliate?

I am not buying from then re-selling for more. I am drop shipping straight from the company.

My gut tells me this may be mis-representation on some level, but if used to enrich the parent company, little would come of this.

Your thoughts?

if you’re an affiliate you should have a trademark license agreement or otherwise jeopardize the relationship.

I heard there’s companies based out of India that just specialize is submitting your sites to hundreds/thousands of web directories for a small fee. I would prefer reputable companies that people have actually hired for these purposes.

No one can guarantee that they can get you to the top of a search engine. Don’t pay for that. Put good content on your pages that people want and the search engines will index you.

If A company wanted to give a loan to an organization, what information in their financial statement would be most important to have about the organization?

Name of Creditor, due date, principle amount, interest rate ..

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m currently setting up a PR & Marketing company for the North of England, to include Liverpool, Manchester & Leeds. The business is running in line with Bars, Clubs, Private functions, Celebrations, Celebritiy Party’s, Dinners, Balls, Sports functions. Cheers Chris
