I want the suggestion for a company or brand which supply high quality centrifugal monoblock pumps and open well submersible pumps. Most of the company are using low quality materials for the production. So I am in need of a much better option.

I suggest you to buy pumps from companies which use high quality materials mainly for bearings and windings of the motor.
Winding should be high enameled copper wire, and bearings should be from well known established brands.
I strongly recommend ZION Pumps & Motors, which is one of the few companies which manufactures electric pumps with such high quality and reliable materials.
Performance is highly efficient as compared to its other competitors, and also price is comparatively standard.
Visit their website for more info – www.zionelectricals.com
I have come across their centrifugal monoblock pumps of 0.5 HP as well as open well submersible pump of 1 HP, all I can say is that it is very reliable.

One of the keys to being a good leader (and for that matter, a successful employee) is having a job with a company whose values match your values. Have you written down your personal values? Do your company’s core values align closely with your own?

I am very blessed. I am a christian and I just happen to work for a christian company and our values line up with no problems. Our company even shuts down every Thursday morning at 8:30 and has a chapel service with music, singing and preaching for 30 minutes. Everyone the factory usually attends. It is not mandatory to attend but you are more than welcome to attend if you want to. Bible reading in the work place is also encouraged, during your breaks of course or at lunch. I keep a Bible on my desk. At my location we have 185 employees. At the main headquarters their are 2,000 employees. Headquarters has their chapel on Fridays. They are about 30 miles away from me. My company also owns Bible Book stores, 120 total across the United States.
Not much to say except that it is a regular warehouse, owned and operated by christians. I love it. I do all the computer repair at my facility. Have been for 6 years.
But like I said. Our values line up great. That does make my job a lot easier, a lot more comfortable and it helps me be more successful.

Cramer says to buy stock in "well managed" companies on pull backs after a secondary offering completion. How do you determine if a company is well managed or not?

Signs of a well managed company.

1. Meet or exceeds EPS:
Some companies will more than likely meet or exceed this earnings estimates time and time again. This means that management understands the companies business model, and is efficient.

2. Return on Equity:
This shows that the company has good project management skills.

3. Any business news regarding the company:
Sometimes, you will find that companies will obtain more contracts for future business. It shows that management is proactive in obtaining theses relationships, which in turn provide profits for shareholders.

4. Institutional Holdings:
Good management will spill over to confidence with mutual fund managers. These managers have a slew of analyst that follow each and every step of the company. All they do is research information and report it to the managers.

For a perfect example, review IBM and Washington Mutual. Cramer truely believes in the management of IBM, and he recently called the CEO of WM Washington Mutual the "worst CEO, ever".

If companies are falling short of these then management doesn’t have a clue about the business. These are positive indicators.

Oh and commenting on the diversification of the company. Not every company has the luxury of doing so. If you look at GE’s performance when Jack Welsh was CEO (who could be one of the best in the history of corporate america), the stock performed well. Over the past 4-5 years that hasn’t been the case. One could argue that GE is extremely diversified, but the stock hasn’t done squat. Why? Because poor management is why.

What state do you live in? You can start with your state’s Secretary of State website. If you live in Colorado for example, you can go to google and type in Colorado SOS and hit enter. There you will find the Colorado Secretary of State website and will find all the information you need to register your company name with your state.

You will want to determine if you are going to be a sole proprietor, form an LLC, incorporate, etc. in order to register your business.

It does not take long at all to do the paperwork, file and be legal. Good luck!

I am looking for different ideas for a business to open, ideas that are doing well these days, and what you think would be successful.

Thanks

You are the only one that can figure that out. You need to think about something you like to do, complete a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis and write a business plan to prove that the business idea is viable. Go to http://sba.gov/smallbusinessplanner/plan/writeabusinessplan/index.html or http://www.score.org/template_gallery.html for instructions on how to write a business plan and sample business plans
