the mariannas trench, the deepest on earth circles earth twice like threads on a baseball. it’s 45 thousand miles long, 2 miles wide of flowing lava. in ten minutes, it emits more “greenhouse” gases than we could in 100 years. why isn’t this in the news? doesn’t this cancel the “man made” global warming theory? it’s about the money. they want to tax the air you breathe out. don’t fall for it, folks. al gore wants to get rich.

@druidg hasnt the earth’s climate been constantly changing from warm to hot since man could record it? the earth has been here for millions of years supposedly and it has taken care of itself and corrected any issues it has had, sure a few species have gone extinct as a result of the earth protecting itself poles shift temperatures drop, rise… its the whole idea of nature, I seriously doubt the severity of our so called impact on the earth not to say that we dont have an impact… but come on.

No, snow, per se, does not refute global warming.
However, record Northern Hemisphere snow cover doesn’t exactly endorse AGW theory either.
Check out the Rutgers University snow lab for details.
And the very same people who now tell us that record snows are perfectly compatible with AGW were telling us just last year that snow would soon disappear from the mid latitudes, because of human-caused global warming.
Even a five year-old knows you can’t have it both ways!
