The State of Ohio Department of Motor Vehicles. They want to charge you $20 if you don’t renew your car plates within 7 days of the exp date. Can you believe this. “They are going to charge you for not renewing your plates.” that. Suppose your car is in need of repairs and you decide not to renew right away until you can make repairs to your car and you walk, bus, or get a ride to work until you fix your car. They want $20 for renewing LATE. THEM!

I nominate Bank of America for 2010 worst company ever (as well as WORST COMPANY EVER! PERIOD). They switched my account from regular checking to an advantage account behind my back so they could charge me $20 monthly maintenance fee every friggin month.
If you are new to America and you see the BOA sign RUN like Ussein Bolt in the opposite direction. If the devil were to make his return I’m sure he will reveal himself as the CEO of Bank of America!

Depending on companies status’ right now, Toyota seems like a good nominee… but I wish the Senate was a company so I could nominate them [C'mon, we need alternate healthcare for those who cant get it, it doesen't MATTER if you don't get nominated again!]. There’s so many bad companies out there that its hard to decide which one’s the WORST, but I choose to nominate Toyota.
