I have cats so I find it hard to believe the cats would make so much noise. I think it is cruel to have them in an appartment though.
One of my friends lives in an appartment and always complains about noisy neighbours and kids. I feel sorry for her but I’ld never live in an appartment because I like it quiet and I wouldn’t want to keep my kids from making any noise or listening to any noise from any one else.
