A job, and an interview, should be considered as a LEARNING OPPORTUNITY, but it is also a way to sell yourself, promote yourself as a candidate, so you have to know your &quot;opponent&quot;, to know what are they looking for. And you can&#039;t do that without research. 

Research the company, and think about how you can best fit in, and contribute to the company. THEN you structure your answers based on that thought. Remember, the objective is to let them know how you will benefit THEM by working for them for a pittance, not how much you will learn from them.
