why do we blame the oil companies for the high gas prices?

The goverment makes more money on taxes then the oil companies do on profits. The goverment regulations for dozen of local formulations cost us more then any proven benefit is worth.

I got a mail offering me a job in EEL OIL&GAS COMPANY. my friends warned me about that it may be a BOGUS company just came for stealing my money. I could not decide what to do in this matter. so please give me a rightous decision as it effects my life
I just signed the appointment letter also for that company. so I am tensed at it. Can u support me in believing this company as really existing?

Who elects directors to a the board of a Ltd Company? Is it the founding Directors or shareholders?

Are there any set provisions (in Company law) for how Directors are re elected? Are elections (or re elections) of Directors voted upon by existing directors or shareholders?

Shareholders elect the Directors, not the existing Directors. The Chairman of the Board of Directors is elected by the Directors.

Use your own better judgment and do your own research.

I subscribe to many financial newsletters, and I am a fool for doing it. However, there are a few that consistently do better than the others. My favorite newsletter, recently recommended a stock that it feels will rise in share price about 150% in the next 18 months. Also, it pays an 11% dividend and has never missed or reduced payment. I purchased about a months ago. I feel pretty confident in this stock. Make your own decision.

Where is save directory for Battlefield: Bad Company 2?

I checked game directory in program files, and in several places within my user directory… can’t seem to find it.

Hey, on Windows 7 the save file is located in C:\Users\yourname\Documents\BFBC2. The save file is called GameSettings.bin. You can just back up the whole BFBC2 folder if you want to backup your saves and your in game settings. If you are on XP or Vista, the file location may be a little different. Hope this helps!

EDIT: Search Windows for GameSettings.bin, that may help.

How do I find information about a company called "WOW Cafe"?

They serve "Bubble Tea" and other mixed frozen fruit drinks. They play Christian music in the background.

Thier drinks are "Venti" style sized, about $3-4 dollars in price. Most of the workers are Korean and they could be students in college.

I would like to know if this is a "Religious Cult" and the calories of one of the drinks they serve called, "Peanut Power".

Any information on how to get information on this company/business would be appreciated!

Two different questions there. Are you looking for someone to take pictures of your store? Or are you looking for someone to help you sell stuff online?

If you are just opening your boutique, you may want to consider doing your own marketing at first to help save money instead of hiring someone and paying them to do it for you.

All you have to do is call a company like Acxiom, who compiles targeted mailing lists. Tell them about your company and they can suggest some options for you (free). You can purchase an inexpensive mailing list (i.e $250) and send that list to a company like Vista Print… you can design a postcard from a template they have right online and they will do all the work for you. You’ve now just done all the print mailing in a matter of hours and did it yourself without paying anyone.

The company is Freedom Mortgage Solutions. The job is for a loan officer position and they require no experience. I have no experience in that field only collections and customer service. I need some info and maybe some key terminology for the interview. Can someone give me some suggestions?

There is no difference. "Inc." stands for incorporated. It is truly just company preference if they want to have "Corp" or "Inc" at the end of their name.

Companies like Exam One, APPS, EMSI and Portamedic already have insurance approvals. How would a new and upcoming company be able to complete these same services and compete for the market offered? This is in reference to performing services to complete the underwriting process for any insurance company for Life, Health, and long Term Insurance coverage. These services usually entail completion of medical exam, biological speciman collection, EKG, TVC, etc.

Marketing! It’s all like any other outside provider. You’re going to have to show that you’ve got the licenses to do what you do, carry the insurance lines on your business (malpractice, general liability, workers comp, commercial auto), and show them that you can do it for less.
