Former president Mois aide Joshua Kulei was on Thursday charged in court for conspiracy to defraud Kenya Pipeline Company Limited. Kulei pleaded not guilty and was released on a cash bail of of 1 million shillings Kulei is facing two other charges. He is charged that in 1999 he falsely obtained 12 million Shillings from East African Gas company. He is also charged that in the same year he falsely obtained 5 million shillings from the same company. The case will be mentioned on the 18th of February.

you really believe that as long as Kibaki and Wako are in office anything will happen to Kulei?

Kulei bears semblance to Obama. In 1960’s,Kulei was employed by a director of KCC from Keiyo to be a herdsboy. when Moi became VP, he was recruited to Prisons.being the mbele mbele he is, Moi noticed him and the rest is history. should the guy be treated as a role model?
In Czech Rep., Ludmila Polednova, prosecutor in the Milada Horáková trial, was sentenced to 6 years jail, 58 years after her crime, at age of 87…even if Kulei bribes his way out, justice may still be served on May 14 2057.
