Can a Ltd Company refuse to name its directors when asked by a customer?

If yes were can I find the names of the company dircectors?

If you have the name of the ltd company go to companies house web site type in the companies name and see what information is held about Directors

I’m not sure whether you can refuse the name of it’s directors when asked but you can find the names of the directors and all that info on the companies house website

Limited companies, in the UK, must file their company secretary and director’s names at Companies House. Any changes must also be notified to them.
I’m not sure that there is a binding requirement to inform customers, as this information is in the public domain.

Yes they can refuse. The information is readily available and publicly available at Companies House. Do a google search. May cost you a couple of pounds for the search.

if this is a private corporation then yes. Otherwise no.
