Coffee Company

I have a friend who wanted to be a part of a limited (ltd) UK company. Is she allowed to do so? She’s planning to get a working visa eventually if the company prospers.

From the UK to the UK should not be a problem as long as she is eighteen. But your last sentence makes me doubt she is a UK citizen – then the answer is no.

   If she does not have a visa authorising her to work, then she cannot be a company director. This is the same as working.
