Anyone know the legalities of incorporating a famous companies name into a url that I purchase for the purposes of selling said companies products as an affiliate?

I am not buying from then re-selling for more. I am drop shipping straight from the company.

My gut tells me this may be mis-representation on some level, but if used to enrich the parent company, little would come of this.

Your thoughts?
