Tips and Tricks: 4 Company of Heroes part 1

In this episode of Tips and Tricks Im forced to adapt to an uncommon situation, having to play on a brand new map for the first time. Luckily I play as Panzer Elite, verses Americans, and can break out an old and rather common strategy that suits my style well.

new to this game so …
new to this game so your vids have helped me a lot. love the airborne cause i was playin a 4 v 4 normal difficulty earlier and we clutched it pretty hard.
first 20 minutes or so we were down to 500 something VPs while the germans still had 900 something.
after that i dropped some guys behind their lines and took the north point. got that area defended pretty heavily then did it again at the south point. The whole game i defended those while my 3 NPC allies took the middle one and won 500-0

holding in shift …
holding in shift for anything, even doing regular computer things will select more than one. Same with other rts games. Another thing is if you have 5 squads close together, and want 3 of the 5, you can hold in shift to select those 3 if its too hard to try and group them without selecting the other 2 groups.

It’s still a good …
It’s still a good game, but it doesn’t add up to much when you compare it side to side against the original Company of Heroes and Opposing Fronts. Also, if you ever get into mega-ultra competitive multiplayer the imbalances really start to hurt.

it got a bad rating …
it got a bad rating because it cost too much money for what you got out of it and it REALLY broke the balancing in the game. The new multiplayer modes are kinda gimmicky too.
The British Kangaroo is perhaps the single most OP unit in the game. The Geschutzwagen needs some toning down, The PE’s new units are absolute crap, Wehr suddenly became seriously OP, PE is a little weak, US tanks are worthless, the the Brits simply can’t win unless they Roo spam. There’s no other way.

ya steam is cheap …
ya steam is cheap but gamestop has it for 30 and when it came out it was 40 but i also got it from steam or like 20 bucks
